Regulation Authority:
Chapter 42-17.1 "Department of Environmental Management", 42-17.6; RIGL 20-1-2, 20-1-4, 20-10-12 in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 42-35 Administrative Procedures Act of 1956, as amended.
Purpose and Reason:
to establish wet storage of shellfish standards intended to protect public health, restore, and enhance the state's shellfish resources.
