Purpose and Reason:

The purpose of this filing is to make amendments to RI Marine Fisheries Statutes and Regulations - Part XIX - Fish/Shellfish Dealer Regulations by adding a requirement for seafood dealers to report research set aside (RSA) by using the “disposition” field in the Standard Atlantic Fisheries Information System (SAFIS), and to update regulatory citations for consistency with certain statutory changes.
