Regulation Authority:
Chapters 42-17.1 "DEM"; 42-17-6; 20-1-2; 20-1-4; 20-3-2 through 20-3-6; 20-4 through 20-10, in accordance with 42-35 of the RIGL 1956, as amended.
Purpose and Reason:
to prescribe the proper conduct of licensed shellfish dealers for the purpose of protecting the public health, safetly, and welfare.
