Title 20, Chapters 42-17.1, 42-17.6, and 42-17.7, and in accordance with Chapter 42-35-18(b)(5), Administrative Procedures Act of the Rhode Island General Laws of 1956, as amended

Purpose and Reason:

The technical revision is necessary because Section 6.6.16(B)(14) as filed on January 12, 2017 provided a latitude and longitude point for the beginning of the dimensions of Fish Trap Site that was inadvertently repeated as the end point of the trap. This technical revision would delete the second reference to this same latitude and longitude point.
