Regulation Authority:

Title 20, Chapters 42-17.1, 42-17.6, and 42-17.7, and in accordance with Chapter 42-35-18(b)(5), Administrative Procedures Act of the Rhode Island General Laws of 1956, as amended.

Purpose and Reason:

The proposed amendments involves correcting the location of Fish Trap Site #29. As currently written, the latitude and longitude are inaccurate. We believe the regulation was inadvertently edited during a previous amendment. Several other locations are in need of editing, and will be addressed in the near term. This location presents an immediate need for clarification. Adopt as proposed
