Purpose and Reason:

Industry proposal to amend the schedule to provide for an additional open day due to Christmas falling on a closed day (i.e., Monday). The proposed schedule meets regulatory requirements pursuant to section 4.12.1(B)(3)(a). Amendment is not subject to a public notice/hearing pursuant to the Director's authority under RIGL 20-3-4 Director signature November 6, 2017
