Regulation Authority:

Chapter 42-17.1, Section 20-1-4, Section 20-2.1 and Public Laws Chapter 02- 047, in accordance with Chapter 42-35 of the Rhode Island General Laws of 1956, as amended.

Purpose and Reason:

Technical Revision - Language was inadvertently adopted which would result in some individuals being required to pay an increased fee beyond that which was provided by statute. The Division never intended that such an increase be imposed into section. The added language provides clarification to reflect this.
