Chapter 42-17.1, Section 20-1-4, Section 20-2.1 and Public Laws Chapter 02- 047, in accordance with Chapter 42-35 of the Rhode Island General Laws of 1956, as amended.

Purpose and Reason:

The purpose of this filing is to make a technical revision to sections 6.8-10(c) and 6.8-10(e) to insert wording which references “for state quota monitoring species” which inadvertently was left out. It was never the intent of the Department to require an RSA endorsement for non-quota monitoring species this technical revision clarifies the intent.
