Purpose and Reason:
The purpose of these amendments were to; allow, set rules, and permitting methods for the use of crossbows and adaptive aids; to set rules, methods, and permitting process for special permit hunting at Beavertail in Jamestown on and the Heritage property on Prudence Island; to allow for "species specific" trap types. Supercedes ERLID# 3100
