Purpose and Reason:

The purpose is to promulgate new regulations to establish the standards under which "nuisance wildlife control specialists" may be permitted to conduct the capture, handling, disposition, exclusion and other activities as related to wildlife protected by the Department under RIGL Chapter 20-1.
