Regulation Authority:

RI Gen. Laws §§ 4-4-23, 20-1-18, and 20-17-9, Chapters 4-18, 20-17, 20-1-18, and 42-17.1, and 42-17.7 in accordance with RI Gen. Laws Chapter 42-35, the Administrative Procedures Act.

Purpose and Reason:

The purpose of this regulation is to update the state of RI cervid regulations to reflect the emergency action taken on 4/29/2005 due to chronic wasting disease.
