Purpose and Reason:
The purpose of these rules and regulations is to establish the standards under which specially trained individuals, collectively called wildlife rehabilitators, may be permitted to temporarily possess ildlife protected by the Department under RIGL Title 20; 20-1, in order to provide necessary aid to injured wildlife.
