Prohibit use of goldfish as bait fish in the freshwaters of the State.
Brief statement of Reason for Finding Imminent Peril:
Without the adoption of the attached regulation,public health, safety and welfare would be jeopardized by potential harm to the State's freshwater ecosystems.
