Purpose and Reason:
To establish procedures and requirements governing agents authorized by the Director to issue licenses that are required for hunting, fishing and the taking of fish, game, birds, shellfish, or other wild animals within the State of Rhode Island and its territorial waters and to require such agents to deliver to the Director a bond.
