Purpose and Reason:

An amendment to these regulations was necessary to correct a typographical error in the latest amended version dated March 2005. The error was contained in “Section 6.1.3 Fees”, and specifically in the fee chart labeled “Rhode Island Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (RIPDES) and Pretreatment Permit Fees”. The annual fee for “Individual Major Flows of <1 MGD” was incorrectly listed as $4,500.00. The correct fee amount is $1,500.00.
