Regulation Authority:

Purpose and Reason:

To establish new fees charged by DEM for applications to the following programs in order to offset state costs: Water Quality Certification, Groundwater Quality Certification, Underground Injection Control, and Well Drilling Variances. In addition, existing fees for wastewater treatment facility construction and modifications and for sewer extensions have been modified.
