Purpose and Reason:
The Administrative Adjudication Division promulgated ERLID #6587 which substituted the ADMINISTRATIVE RULES OF PRACTICE AND PROCEDURE FOR THE ADMINISTRATIVE ADJUDICATION DIVISION FOR ENVIRONMENTAL MATTERS for the subject regulations which offered the earlier version of the ADMINISTRATIVE RULES OF PRACTICE AND PROCEDURE FOR THE ADMINISTRATIVE ADJUDICATION DIVISION FOR ENVIRONMENTAL MATTERS under the Administrative Adjudication Division Conducted its hearings and other proceedings. There were no comments received during the comment period. On the basis, of the above, the subject regulations are no longer necessary and should be repealed and eliminated.
