Purpose and Reason:
The primary purpose of the proposed amendments is to include projects that develop sustainable funding mechanisms for stormwater management and that control aquatic invasive species as eligible for funding consideration. In addition, the amendments expand the discretion of the Director to support up to 75% of total project costs and make other wording clarifications. No changes were made to the draft amendments.
