Regulation Authority:
RIGL Chapters 2-1-20.1, 42-17.1, and 42-17.6, as amended.
Purpose and Reason:
To implement RIGL 42-17.1-2.5 Tolling of expiration periods which extends expiration dates of eligible development permits and to reference and incorporate the new Stormwater Manual provisions into these regulations. Changes from Draft: Added the words "the effective date of the adoption of these rules" to paragraph 1 of Rule 7.12 A. 1). Added the words "on or" to paragraph 2 of Rule 7.12 A.2). Added section in Rule 7.12 pertaining to RIDOT projects. See Rule 7.12 A. 3).
