Regulation Authority:

RIGL 42-17.1, 5- 56, 5-56.1, 23-19.5, and 23-24.3, of the Rhode Island General Laws of 1956, as amended; and R.I. Public Laws 09-198 and 09-199.

Purpose and Reason:

To implement RIGL 42-17.1-2.5 Tolling of expiration periods which extends expiration dates of eligible development permits to June 30, 2011.

Brief statement of Reason for Finding Imminent Peril:

Unless clarified, affected permittees will be uncertain as to the duration of their permits.
