Regulation Authority:
RIGL 46-12, 42-35, 42-17.1, 46-13.1 and 42-17.6 of the Rhode Island General Laws of 1956, as amended.
Purpose and Reason:
As a result of comments received, changes were made to the following sections that were not originally part of the proposed text: definitions of GW discharge and well, 9.4, 10.2, 10.3, 11.2, 11.3, 11.4, 11.5, 11.9, 18.3, 19, and 22. These include changes to the stormwater discharge registration process and various clarifications.
