Regulation Authority:

RIGL 46-12, 46-13.1, 23-18.9, 23-19.1, 42-17.6 and 42-17.1 of the Rhode Island General Laws of 1956, as amended; and Public Laws Chapters 09-198 and 09-199.

Purpose and Reason:

To implement RIGL 42-17.1-2.5 Tolling of expiration periods which extends expiration dates of eligible development permits to June 30, 2011.

Brief statement of Reason for Finding Imminent Peril:

Unless clarified, affected permittees will be uncertain as to the duration of their permits.
