Purpose and Reason:

Change criteria for Groundwater Quality Certification for large ISDSs from 10,000 gpd to 5,000 gpd and eliminate unnecessary groundwater quality certification for other projects. Require stockpiles of road salt to be covered where groundwater is classified GAA or GA. Eliminate requirement for separate Wellhead Protection Plans. Update groundwater classification and wellhead protection area map.
