Purpose and Reason:
A mandatory requirement for facility compliance where owners and operators will be required to certify in writing that the facility is in compliance with the UST regulations, financial responsibility for USTs storing hazardous wastes, revised leak detection requirements for waste oil UST's, as well as other modifications, corrections and clarifications.
