Purpose and Reason:

The regulation is being amended to ensure that the Ri rule is fully consistent with the National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) for Halogenated Solvent Cleaning (40 CFR Part 63, Subpart T) eliminating any inconsistencies between the federal regulation and the state rule.
