Regulation Authority:
Clean Air Act Amendments of 1990, Rhode Island General Law 31-47.1 and EPA 40 CFR part 51.
Purpose and Reason:
The purpose of the amendments is to establish motor vehicle inspection standards for examining a vehicle’s on-board diagnostics system and to set standards for light-duty diesel inspections.
