Purpose and Reason:
Proposed revisions will reduce the frequency of compliance testing, reduce the frequency of tune-ups required for industrial-commercial-institutional boilers, allow the use of the federal tune-up procedure for boilers and revise the method for determining compliance with the emission limits.
