Purpose and Reason:
Regulatory language is being added to clarify that the emission limitations in this regulation do not apply if you are subject to the requirements in APC Regulation No. 44. Per public comment, in Subsection 19.1.20(d)(8)- corrected typo, "antic hip" to "anti-chip"; added intro text to Subsection 19.2.1; and added new regulatory language to Subsection 19.2.6 to clarify that the emission limitations in this regulation do not apply if you are subject to the requirements in APC Regulation No. 44.
