Regulation Authority:
Chapters 42-17-1, 42.17-6 "DEM"; 20-1-2; 20-1-4; 20-1-8; 20-18; 32.2-4; 31.2-2 and in accordance with 42-35 of the RIGL's of 1956, as amended.
Purpose and Reason:
to amend Section 26 - Target Range Regulations governing the use of the state target range; and to amend Part 6 - Boating Regulations, Sections 6.4 and 6.5 to permit the launching of boats with motors rated with ten (10) horsepower or less.
