Purpose and Reason:

Based on the increased avaiability of risk assessments provided by the Department of Corrections, Parole Board members voted to order psychological evaluations on an as needed basis. Previuos practice provided psychogical evaluations for all offenders seeing the Parole Board as new applications. Text change is limited to the addtion of the following to the original text: when requested by the Parole Board.
