Regulation Authority:
§ 42-56-10(22), Powers of the Director; § 42-56-38, Assessment of Costs; § 13-9.1-1.3, the Interstate Compact for Adult Offender Supervision
Purpose and Reason:
To specify offender fees for supervised Probation or Parole and interstate transfer application processing and to describe procedures for collecting and waiving said fees. Repeals the schedule filed on/about 06-17-1994 (10.07.03).
