Purpose and Reason:
Pursuant to the update of R.I. Gen Laws §42-35, Administrative Procedures, the Rhode Island Department of Corrections (RIDOC) is adopting this rule in accordance with the Rhode Island Code of Regulation (RICR). The Community Confinement Program Agreement, Community Confinement Program Hardship Waiver Assessment, Probation and Parole Offender Fee Schedule, Probation and Parole Electronic Monitoring Fee Schedule, Offender Supervision and Interstate Transfer Application Process Hardship Waiver Assessment and Co-Pay Fee Schedule are being removed from this regulation as they are not regulatory in nature. The forms will remain unchanged and available on our website http://www.doc.ri.gov/administration/policy/index.php. No comments were received on this filing during the public comment period.
