Purpose and Reason:
To establish procedures governing access to institutional facilities by attorneys and their agents for conducting legal business with their incarcerated clients. Changes: clarification to identification requirements metal detector procedures for female interpreters and attorneys procedures for photographing clients clarification to wireless communication devices clarification to denial of access during an institutional count change in dress code (shoes) There is no difference between the rule as proposed and the rule as adopted.
