Purpose and Reason:

This regulation is intended to implement the provisions of Title 27, Chapter 50, "Small Employer Health Insurance Availability Act" (the "Act"), amended by Public Laws Chapter 00-200 and 00-229 and approved by the Governor on July 13, 2000.
