The purpose of this amendment is to repeal Rule 202(A)(2)(C)(V) which is duplicated later in the regulation; make non-substantive changes to rules 202(a)-2, 204(3)-1, 204(3)-2, 205(a)-1, 207(a)-1 and add Rules 307(a) and (b) relating to Federal Covered Securities.
