Purpose and Reason:
The purpose of this amendment is to clarify rules relating to pre-licensing education, which must be completed in a classroom setting, and to restate the rules currently in effect for the continuing education requirements of attorneys holding a real estate license. The amendments further initiate procedural guidelines for the approval of real estate schools and instructors, intended to insure high standards for the education of real estate professionals.
