Purpose and Reason:
The amendments of this regulation are designed to implement mandatory lead poisoning/lead abatement education for all licensees; raise the fee for each branch office license issued by the Department, clarify and define appraisals and clarify licensees' responsibilities in forwarding claims to their errors and ommission insurance carriers.
