Purpose and Reason:
The purposes of the amendments and revisions made to Commercial Licensing Regulation 10 – Real Estate Appraisers are being made to align the Regulation with the qualification criteria for appraisal certification and licensure established by the Appraisal Qualifications Board (AQB) of the Appraisal Foundation and also to update existing guidelines and procedures for the certification and licensure of appraisers.
