Purpose and Reason:
The purpose of this amendment is to update the regulation to comply with Appraisal Qualifications Board policy regarding qualifying experience and continuing education requirements, in accordance with the Financial Institutions, Reform, Recovery and Enforcement Act of 1989 (FIRREA).
