Purpose and Reason:

The Department has amended this Regulation in order to clarify and modifies certain Real Estate Appraisal Application and Licensing/Certification fees. These amendments are in sections 4(B) and 4(D) of Commerical Licensing Regulation 10. This regulation furthers the Department's efforts to more effectively regulate licensees by clarifying relevant licensing fees to applicants and licensees.
