Purpose and Reason:
The proposed regulation- Rule 43, in response to the passage of Public Law 04-272, sets forth mandatory minimum alcohol server training requirements for Class B, Class C, Class D, Class E, Class J, and Class N alcoholic beverage licensees and requirements for server training programs seeking approval and certification.
