Purpose and Reason:
The Regulation amends Liquor Control Administration Rule 31 (clarifies that the fee Sales License for Wholesale/Manufacturer shall be fifty ($50) dollars which is a change from current fee of five ($5) dollars, Rules 36 (removes prohibition against sampling on premises for retail licensees); and Rule 42 (grammatical change which clarifies substance and meaning of Rule 42 regarding Class P Retail Caterer License.)
