Purpose and Reason:
The purpose of this regulation is to clarify and set forth practices and procedures consistent with Title 3 of the Rhode Island General Law for the reasonable control of traffic in alcoholic beverages. Adding in Rule 42 Class P (Caterer) License - Retail.
