Purpose and Reason:

The Proposed Regulation as amended increases the annual license fee, the reinspection fee Pursuant to R.I. Gen. Laws § 27-10.1-9, and a clarifies the languange in Section 4(D) regarding the requisite insurance coverage. Additionally, minor grammatical changes were made to enhance organization and readability.
