Purpose and Reason:

The Proposed Regulation as amended increases the reinspection fee pursuant to R.I. Gen. Laws § 27-10.1-9 and a clarification of the language in Section 4(D) regarding the requisite insurance coverage. Additionally, minor grammatical changes were made to enhance organization and readability.
