Purpose and Reason:

This Regulation implements R.I. Gen. Laws §§ 27-13.1-1 et seq and R.I. Gen. Laws § 27-29-1 regarding the retention and maintenance of records required for market conduct purposes as contained in Section 4 of this Regulation.
