Purpose and Reason:
The purpose of this Regulation is to protect the interests of debtors and the public in this state by providing a system of rate, policy form, and operating standards for the transaction of short term credit life and credit accident and health interprets and implements R.I. Gen. Laws §§ 27-30-1 et seq
