Purpose and Reason:

The purpose of this Regulation is to establish definitions of the risk categories noted in R.I. Gen. Laws § 27-4.2-3A(6) and to set forth an acceptable formula for determining the reserve interest rate adjustment noted in R.I. Gen. Laws § 27-4.2-3(A)(7).
