Purpose and Reason:
The Proposed Regulation 11 adopts the existing Department of Business Regulation Insurance Regulation 82, the Small Employer Health Insurance Availability Regulation, with certain amendments. The amendments include regulatory updates, provisions related to the statutory HEALTHpact plan, deadlines for the development of common forms, and a requirement for an annual rate filing by small employer carriers.
