Purpose and Reason:

This regulations is proposed in order to implement the amendments to R.I. Gen. Laws §42-128.1-9 effective November 1, 2005 and to incorporate issues which have been addressed by bulletin since the initial enactment of R.I. Gen. Law §42-128.1-9.
